Brakes

Trak 1 from WaltX has its braking power handled by a pair of ‘Power’ branded V-brakes. These V-brakes come with 110mm lever arms with long brake pads. These long brake pads catch hold off the rim effectively to bring the bicycle to a quick and safe halt. The brake levers are lengthy and easy to engage using just 2-3 fingers.

Single Speed Drivetrain

Trak 1 is a single speed bicycle equipped with a cotterless 44T chain wheel and a 170mm crank arm. This chain wheel along with a Power branded 18 teeth freewheel makes pedalling easy and stress free on all types of roads. The flat platform pedals attached to the long crank arm makes it safe to pedal and is also non slippery.

Frame

The WaltX Trak 1’s frame is made of a strong TIG welded steel frame. TIG stands for Tungsten insert gas which is technologically advanced method of building steel frame to have neat and sleek tubes with smooth welds. The geometry of this Trak 1 is designed for comfort with a slanting top tube which gives the rider a relaxed riding posture. The threadless steel rigid forks are sleek in design and are strong to withstand any riding condition.

Tires

WaltX Trak 1 rolls on a pair of 700C x 35C hybrid tires. These tires are well treaded with a uniform pattern covering the whole tire which helps get maximum traction on wet roads and fast turns. These fast rolling slick tyres are supported by strong double wall alloy rims which are built to handle the roughest of urban roads.
