Frame

The WaltX City 1 is built on a strong and lightweight frame. This steel frame is built using TIG Tungsen arc welding technology which makes the frame strong and rigid. This process makes the tubes welding smooth and aesthetically pleasing with neat curves. The City 1’s frame geometry is designed to make sure getting on and off is easy and the riding posture is comfortable and easy for the back and shoulders.

Single Speed Drivetrain

City 1 is a single speed bicycle equipped with a cotterless 44T chain wheel and a 170mm crank arm. This chain wheel along with an Power branded 18 teeth freewheel which makes pedalling easy and stress free on all types of roads with inclines and declines. The flat platform pedals attached to the long crank arm makes it safe to pedal and is also non slippery.

Brakes

WaltX City 1’s braking is handled by a pair of ‘Power’ branded V-brakes at both the front and rear. These brakes come with long brake pads which hold on to the rims tightly to bring the bicycle to a safe and balanced halt. These brakes are operated by long brake levers which require only 2-3 fingers to engage.

Tires

The City 1’s rolls on a pair of Wanda King branded 26” x 1.95” tyres. These superior city specific tyres have a uniform tread pattern which ensures they are grippy on any kind of city roads. The double walled alloy rims are strongest as it can get and is capable of handling harsh surfaces easily and helps in fast rolling resistance.
